I don't know what the global administrator account is in SecurityGateway, how can I find out?


Question:

I don't know what the global administrator account is in SecurityGateway, how can I find out?

Answer:

Procedure

1.  Click the Windows Start button
 
2.  Click Run

3.  Type in cmd
 
4.  Press the Enter key or click OK

5.  The command prompt window will open

6.  Stop the SecurityGateway service ....
         Type net stop securitygateway
         Press the Enter key

7.  Change directories to the App folder in SecurityGateway, which by default is \Program Files\Alt-N Technologies\SecurityGateway\App... 
         Type cd \Program Files\Alt-N Technologies\SecurityGateway\App 
         Press the Enter key

8.  Type SGDBTool.exe listadmins

This will show all currently listed global administrators in SecurityGateway

10. Restart the SecurityGateway service
         Type net start securitygateway 
         Press the Enter key

Possible issues to note:
